AZ Hôtel Vieux Kouba, a 4-star hotel of the AZ Hôtels chain, is in the Vieux Kouba neighbourhood of Algiers, on Rue El Hadj Aoukil. The Palais de la Culture Moufdi-Zakaria is in the same area.
