Activity

bookotil is an online travel agency selling hotel nights in Algeria to international and local travellers.

You buy your stay from bookotil. bookotil sells you the night, collects the price in its own name, issues your confirmation, and handles cancellation, refunds and any card dispute. The hotel is our supplier: it delivers the accommodation on site and we pay it separately.

The site sells hotel nights only. The airport transfers, car hire and tours shown on the site are not yet on sale.

Hosting

The site is hosted on dedicated infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) and delivered through the Cloudflare network.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site — brand, text, interfaces, code — belong to the company named above, except hotel photographs and descriptions, which are supplied by our partner hotels and published with their permission.

Contact us

Three ways, all direct, none of them a contact form:

— by e-mail, at the address above: we reply within 24 working hours;

— by phone or on WhatsApp, at the number above: that number takes calls as well as messages;

— from the “My booking” page, which opens a written conversation with our customer service, and another with the hotel, using your booking reference and the e-mail address you booked with.

In an emergency during your stay, call the hotel reception first: its number is on your booking voucher.

Payment security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Your card details are entered directly with our PCI-DSS certified payment provider: they never pass through our servers and we do not store them. We keep only the card brand and its last four digits, so that a payment or a refund can be identified.

The charge appears on your bank statement under the name bookotil, not the hotel name: bookotil is the party that sold you the stay.
